PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity for forming a hook engaging hole in a portable terminal device regarding the portable terminal device, a charger, and an adapter. SOLUTION: A charger 2 has a hook 21 biased toward a portable terminal device 1 by a spring. The outer shape of the hook 21 is formed into a shape corresponding to a protruding part 14 so as to be brought into contact with the protruding part 14 formed on the portable terminal device 1.
