PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an igniter materializing prevention of wrong ignition of an ignition device by a simple structure and contribute stabilization of operation of a switching element. SOLUTION: This igniter comprises a switching element 1120 and a control part 1130. The switching element 1120 is composed of a power transistor TR provided with a gate terminal G, an input terminal C and an output terminal E, a parasitic capacitor part Cies formed out of the output terminal E and an isolation oxidation film which is not indicated, and the gate terminal G, and a resistor part R connected to the gate terminal G at one end and connected to the output terminal E at another end.
