PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile guard pipe enabling vibration control and reducing of impact sound, having a good assembling property, and decreasing cost. SOLUTION: The automobile guard pipe 1 is arranged adjacent to a structure in order to protect the structure projecting downward from a bottom plate of a vehicle body from contact with an object outside of the vehicle body. The automobile guard pipe 1 comprises a vibration damping material 4 formed in a shape having a hollow cross sectional surface and extending in a longitudinal direction of the guard pipe 1, pressed and contacted on an inner peripheral surface of the guard pipe 1 with elastic force by elastically deforming and inserted in the guard pipe 1, and having a damping function of vibration and impact sound generated when the guard pipe 1 contacts with the outside object.
