PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting knife capable of preferably cutting while attaining excellent external appearance with less break on a coating layer and scuffing on a cut surface when print sheets with a large amount of coating and especially shining ink-jet sheets are laminated and cut. SOLUTION: This is the cutting knife which is used when the coating sheets are laminated and cut, and consists of a blade metal part 1a and a base metal part 1b. The cutting knife is formed from a vertical blade surface which is roughly in parallel to the cutting moving direction and a plurality of slant blade surfaces. The knife metal part and base metal part have two slant blade surfaces respectively, and the cutting knife has a blade top end A with a blade top angleαat and more than 20 degrees and at and less than 22 degrees by the vertical blade surface and a first slant blade surface S1 formed at the blade metal part.
