PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutting device to partially cut a printing sheet and speedily splitting a cutting residual part in applying tensile force on the printing sheet without adding resistance force to the printing sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet cutting device 10 is furnished with a first blade part 12 and a second blade part 14 to partially cut the printing sheet continued in the lengthy direction in the cross direction by cooperating each other. The first blade part 12 has a pair of first cutting blades 16 arranged separated from each other. The second blade part 14 has a pair of second cutting blades 18 arranged separated from each other. Each of a pair of the first cutting blades 16 of the first blade part 12 and each of a pair of the second cutting blades 18 of the second blade part 14 partially cut the printing sheet by individually cooperating with each other. At this time, a pair of cut edges disposed in a mutually displaced manner in the lengthwise direction of the printing sheet and an uncut portion interposed between adjacent ends of these cut edges are formed in a cut portion of the printing sheet.
