PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the position of a cutting blade in a diametrical direction and to stably maintain the position of this cutting blade. SOLUTION: A mounting hole 2 opened on a head end of a tool main body 1 and extending along an axis 0, and an engaging hole 5 to extend in the diametrical direction so as to communicate through to the mounting hole 2 by opening to a side surface of this tool main body 1 are formed; a slider 6 is engaged with and inserted into this engaging hole 5 free to proceed and retreat in the diametrical direction, and a cover 10 is mounted on an opening part of the engaging hole 5; a cartridge 7 having the cutting blade 8 on a head end is inserted into the mounting hole 2 and fixed on the slider 6; and male screw parts 13A, 13B of an adjusting screw 13 on which a pair of the male screw parts 13A, 13B of pitches different from each other are coaxially formed, are respectively screwed on the slider 6 and the cover 10.
