VASE FOR USE WITH FOOD PRODUCTS AND DECORATING METHOD

Vase apparatus (10) and decorating methods for associating flowers (12), and other decorative items with cakes and other food products (14) are described. Vase embodiments include a water-holding reservoir (16) having a bottom wall (18), an upright rim (20), and plural flower-stem-receiving wells (22). Each well (22) is defined by at least one well wall (24) depending from the bottom wall (18) and has a top opening (26) capable of receiving water from the reservoir (16). Vase embodiments may include a reservoir (16) of various shapes and sizes. Vases (10) may be placed on a cake or other food product (14) permitting the cake or food product (14) to be attractively and easily decorated.
