<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the outer appearance of a sunroof device for a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This deflector mechanism 40 is constituted of a supporting member 41, an arm part 42, a deflector blade 43, a torsion coil spring 45 and a locking part 44. The supporting member 41 is provided in a frame 20 for a roof. A rear end part of the arm part 42 is vertically swingably mounted on the supporting member 41. The deflector blade 43 is provided at a front end part of the arm part 42. The torsion coil spring 45 energizes a front part of the arm part 42 upward. One end part 45b of the torsion coil spring 45 is hooked on the arm part 42. The other end part 45c of the torsion coil spring 45 is hooked on the locking part 44.
