<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven filter and a harmful substance removing material which capture efficiently fine particles originating from microorganisms e.g. bacteria and viruses, and their manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The nonwoven filter is made of fibers which have an average diameter of smaller than 1 μm with a standard deviation in the distribution of fiber diameters of ≥0.04 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
