<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide plate for bringing in/out a carriage for automatically carrying out a switch between a condition allowing the carriage to be conveyed in/out to/from the inside of a warehouse and a condition not allowing the bringing in/out operation according to opening/closing of a sliding door in a device provided with the sliding door sliding laterally to open the warehouse and constructed to perform predetermined processing while closing the sliding door after conveying the carriage carrying a processing object into the warehouse. <P>SOLUTION: The guide plate is provided with a fixed plate part 1, a movable plate part 15, and operation mechanisms 6, 8, and 20 for performing protruding/retracting operation of the movable plate part 15 to/from the fixed plate part 1. The movable plate part 15 can freely protrude/retract to/from the fixed plate part 1, and when the movable plate part 15 protrudes, the tip side enters the inside of the warehouse for linking the floor face and the inside the warehouse.
