<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer set for conducting specifically quantitative detection of fatty acid-degrading bacteria in a genus or family level. <P>SOLUTION: This primer set contains any one of the set of oligonucleotides: (a) an oligonucleotide, having a specific base sequence by targeting the bacteria belonging to the genus Syntrophobactor and another oligonucleotide having a specific base sequence; (b) an oligonucleotide having a specific base sequence by targeting the bacteria belonging to the genus Pelotomaculum and another oligonucleotide having a specific base sequence; (c) an oligonucleotide having a specific base sequence by targeting the bacteria belonging to the genus Desulfotomaculum and another oligonucleotide, having a specific base sequence; and (d) an oligonucleotide having a specific base sequence, by targeting the bacteria belonging to Syntrophomonadaceae family and another oligonucleotide having a specific base sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
