PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick-shaped makeup cosmetic with no hardness decline even in the coexistence of a polar oil component or polar wax having ultraviolet radiation-shielding function, high in stability, and also good in usability, and developing clear and drabless color as well. SOLUTION: The stick-shaped makeup cosmetic is prepared by compounding together (a) 0.1-20 mass% of spherical resin powder with a melting point of 200°C or higher, especially, spherical resin powder containing amido groups, amino groups or urethane groups in the resin composition, (b) 0.5-80 mass% of a polar oil component, (c) 0.1-20 mass% of a polar oil component solid in the range from room temperature to 50°C, and preferably (d) 0.001-5 mass%, based on the spherical resin powder, of a fluorescent dye.
