PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic measurement device and method capable of accurately and easily measuring directional information of sound represented by acoustic intensity. SOLUTION: The acoustic measurement device includes a sound receiving section 11 for receiving sound using an unidirectional microphone pair arranged so that the directivity is inverted by 180 degrees, an arithmetic processing section 12 for performing arithmetic processing of directional information of the sound including the arrival direction of the sound using the output difference of the unidirectional microphone pair, and an output section 13 for outputting directional information of the sound.
