PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small and inexpensive three-phase rectifier which can perform suppression of harmonic current, DC voltage boosting, and the like, and suitable especially for refrigeration cycle device. SOLUTION: The three-phase rectifier comprises a three-phase diode rectifier circuit 2 for rectifying the voltage of a three-phase power supply 1, an active filter circuit 4 connected in parallel with the three-phase diode rectifier circuit 2 on the three-phase power supply 1 side and suppressing harmonic current on the three-phase power supply 1 side, and a circuit 5 for converting the output voltage from the active filter circuit 4 into a predetermined voltage wherein power is supplied to a load circuit 3 by connecting the output sides of the three-phase diode rectifier circuit 2 and the output site of the voltage conversion circuit 5 in series.
