PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device capable of controlling a vehicle so as to reduce not only damages of one's own vehicle but also damages of a rear vehicle's body and physical damages of an occupant when the vehicle is bumped by the rear vehicle in a state of braking the own vehicle. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a collision determination means (S4) for determining possibility of being bumped by the rear vehicle based on information detected by a rear part monitoring means for detecting objects behind the vehicle in a state of braking the vehicle, and a braking force regulation instruction means (S5) for instructing a brake control means for controlling a brake of the vehicle to execute the braking force regulating control.
