PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hybrid communication terminal equipment for increasing opportunities of transmission by a first communication system (EVDO) capable of high-speed data communication and performing the high-speed data communication. SOLUTION: The hybrid communication terminal equipment (portable phone 10) is provided with a control part 8 for judging whether or not there is a communication system stored as an AVOID system in a storage part 7 when data communication is started and a communication session by the first communication system is not established, confirming whether or not call origination by the first communication system in the AVOID communication system at least is possible when there is the AVOID communication system, originating a call by the first communication system in the AVOID communication system when it is possible, and originating a call by a second communication system when the first communication system is impossible.
