PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device which compensates IQ imbalance without impairing transmission efficiency. SOLUTION: The device estimates a propagation path response at each subcarrier from a known signal for propagation path estimation included in an orthogonal demodulated signal obtained by carrying out the orthogonal demodulation of a received OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) signal, carries out the Fourier transformation of the orthogonal demodulation signal, and obtains the received signal at each subcarrier. The device demodulates the signal transmitted by: the first and the second subcarriers using a first subcarrier whose transmission path estimation precision is relatively low among a plurality of subcarriers; the received signal of the second subcarrier which is arranged in a symmetric position of the first subcarrier making a center frequency in a frequency band of the OFDM signal as an axis; and the transmission path response of a third subcarrier whose transmission path estimation precision is relatively high in the plurality of subcarriers, and which is arranged near the first subcarrier, and the fourth subcarrier which is arranged in a symmetric position of the third subcarrier making the center frequency as an axis.
