PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diode which suppresses a bounce voltage generated at the time of recovery to reduce noises or vibrations based on the bouncing voltage. SOLUTION: The diode includes a first electrode, a first conductive type first semiconductor layer 1 overlaid on the first electrode, a first conductive type second semiconductor layer 2 overlaid on the first semiconductor layer 1, a first conductive type third semiconductor layer 3 overlaid on the second semiconductor layer 2, a second conductive type fourth semiconductor layer 4 overlaid on the third semiconductor layer 3, and a second electrode overlaid on the fourth semiconductor layer 4.
