PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve luminance by increasing an amount of light emitted form a main cell by forming a barrier wall slightly higher than an auxiliary barrier wall, since a large number of phosphors can be disposed on its side wall if the height of the barrier wall is high, in a plasma display having the barrier wall and the auxiliary barrier wall. SOLUTION: Photosensitive paste for a first layer is applied on a substrate, and dried to expose an auxiliary barrier wall. After that, photosensitive paste serving as a second layer which is thinly formed on a transfer sheet in advance is transferred to a coated film for the first layer, and a thin photosensitive paste coated film of the second layer is thereby formed. After that, the barrier wall is exposed, and developed and baked to form the member for the plasma display having desired barrier wall shapes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
