PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel driving device, a display device and a display panel driving method which can inexpensively suppress the influence of temperature changes by reducing degradation of driving capacity and deterioration of display characteristics at high temperature and reducing the influence of noise and deterioration of the display characteristics at low temperature. SOLUTION: The number of elements connected in parallel in a driver circuit 31 wherein pMOS transistors Tr1, Tr2, Tr3 and nMOS transistors Tr4, Tr5, Tr6 are connected in parallel to each other is determined by a comparing operation circuit 33 on the basis of a temperature detected by a temperature detection circuit 32 and an element number selection circuit 31a in the driver circuit 31 changes the number of elements connected in parallel.
