PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide bearing device capable of easily applying appropriate quenching processing to a guide rail and improving processing efficiency of the guide rail. SOLUTION: In the linear guide bearing device 1 in which a cylindrical roller 52 rolls as a rolling element and a slider 34 relatively moves with respect to the guide rail 10, an escape part 24 continuously recessed in the axial direction of the guide rail 10 is formed between an upper side raceway surface 18 and a lower side raceway surface 20 on a side face 14 of the guide rail 10. A value obtained from dividing a depth D of the escape part 24 by a horizontal width W is set within a range of 0.03-0.05, and a surface hardness of a bottom portion 30 of the escape part 24 is set within a range of HRC 10-25.
