PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of preventing a theft of a construction machine, by tracking the position of the construction machine, even when an antenna of the construction machine does not function by cutting. SOLUTION: In this antitheft system 100, the construction machine 1 has a communication terminal and the antenna communicating with a management device 8, a GPS sensor and an antenna measuring a present position of the construction machine, a determining means for determining the cutting of a communication antenna and a GPS antenna, and a radio LAN device. A service car 2 has a communication terminal communicating with the management device 8, and a radio LAN device. The radio LAN device of the construction machine 1 transmits information of the effect of cutting at least one of the communication antenna and the GPS antenna and identification information when receiving a radio wave from the radio LAN device of the service car 2. The communication terminal of the service car 2 transmits the identification information and antenna-cut information received by the radio LAN device to the management device 8 together with present position information of the device car 2.
