PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor hardly causing repelling and unevenness of a photoreception layer, preventing the electrification stripe and voltage fluctuation at a low temperature and low humidity, and continuously forming an excellent image, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The new imide compound is provided. An intermediate layer contains one or both of the new imide compound and a polymer thereof in the electrophotographic photoreceptor having an electroconductive supporter, the intermediate layer on the electroconductive supporter, and the photoreception layer on the intermediate layer.
