PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple seat device for a vehicle provided with walk-in mechanism and lifter mechanism. SOLUTION: This seat device has a lower frame 104, slide mechanisms 10 and 20, a reclining mechanism 80, the lifter mechanism 70 having link members 71, 74, 75 and 104 and supporting a seat cushion to be movable in the vertical direction by the rotation, a slide lock mechanism 30 for holding a vehicle seat at a prescribed position, and the walk-in mechanism 60 disposed between the reclining mechanism 80 and the slide lock mechanism 30 to release a moving regulation by operating slide lock mechanism 30 by interlocking with tilting of the seat back. The walk-in mechanism 60 is rotatably supported by a supporting shaft member 71a, is linked with the reclining mechanism 80 and the slide lock mechanism 30, and has a link 63 for transmitting power from the tilting operation of the seat back to an operation of the slide lock mechanism 30.
