Provided is a vehicular door-frame structure comprising a vertical sash extending vertically of a door, and an upper sash made as a member different from the vertical sash and forming a door upper-edge portion. The vehicular door-frame structure is characterized in that the upper sash includes a design portion positioned on the outer side of the door, and an inner-side frame portion positioned on the inner side, in that the inner-side frame portion is cut short at the end portion on the side of a door corner portion to be jointed to the vertical sash, in that the vertical sash includes an outer-side design portion corresponding to the design portion of the upper sash, an inner-side frame portion positioned on the inner side of the design portion, and a sloped end face, at which the inner-side frame portion of the upper sash and the inner-side frame portion of the vertical sash are jointed to each other at the door corner portion, and in that an offset fixed portion extending at the inner-side frame portion cut portion of the upper sash and on the back of the design portion of the upper sash and fixed on the upper sash is formed on the upper end portion of the design portion of the vertical sash.
