<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic disk drive in a magnetic disk module for constituting an aggregate disk device, a power supply unit, and arrangement and structure of a control board, in the aggregate disk device using the plurality of magnetic disk drives. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic disk module includes the magnetic disk drive, the control board, the power supply unit, and a back panel. A plurality of first disk drives and power supply units are vertically stacked on one side of the magnetic disk module. The first back panel is disposed at a deep position of the stack. A plurality of second disk drives and the control boards are vertically stacked on the other side. The second back panel is disposed in a deep position of the stack.
