<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, an apparatus and a computer program for planning menus, that are applicable to planning school meal menus on the premise that, in principle, the same meal is provided to all students, and capable of planning menus that match actual operation while minimizing the number of days when special measures are taken to students with food allergies, such as making them bring lunch with them, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for planning menus extracts foods that could be allergens to students from foods recorded on a menu table recording daily menus and foods based on the original plan of menu groups (S4), and plans groups of alternative menus where menus including the foods extracted are replaced by alternative menus (S5). For each of the groups of alternative menus and for each student, the apparatus 1 counts the number of menus including the allergen foods (S9), and selects the group of alternative menus for output based on the average value of the numbers counted (S11). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
