PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-filled vibration damper which can prevent noise caused by cavitation. SOLUTION: An engine mount includes an orifice passage 17 which communicates with a pressure receiving chamber 15a having an inner pressure that varies due to the input of a load and an equilibrium chamber 15b allowed to change its volume by a deformation of a flexible membrane. The engine mount is provided with a valve 20 for limiting the flow movement of liquid passing through the orifice passage 17 when a flow rate of the liquid flowing from the pressure receiving chamber 15a to the equilibrium chamber 15b through the orifice passage 17 becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined flow rate due to a rise of the inner pressure of the pressure receiving chamber 15a.
