PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner for suppressing occurrence of vibration of a cleaning member, and to provide an image carrier unit and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The cleaner (CL1) includes: a cleaner container (1) disposed to face a body (PR) to be cleaned, and storing a collected matter collected from the body (PR) to be cleaned; a cleaning member (4) made of rubber, which is disposed in contact with the body (PR) to be cleaned, thereby cleaning off a matter sticking to the surface of the body (PR) to be cleaned; a leaf spring member (3) which supports the cleaning member (4), and one end of which is supported by the cleaning container (1), and which is formed in the shape of a leaf spring elastically deformable so as to press the cleaning member (4) against the body (PR) to be cleaned with predetermined pressure; and a damping member (6) supported by the plate spring member (3) and regulating vibration of the leaf spring member (3).
