PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine stationary blade capable of cooling not only a blade part but also a shroud while reducing cooling air use quantity. SOLUTION: A blade part cooling passage 10 in which cooling medium flows is formed inside of the blade part 3. Outside shroud cooling passages 5a, 5b in which cooling medium flows and an outside shroud end part cooling passage 5h formed along an end part of an outside shroud 5 are formed inside of the outside shroud 5. Inside shroud cooling passages 7a, 7b in which cooling medium flows and an inside shroud end part cooling passage 7h formed along an end part of an inside shroud 7 are formed inside of the inside shroud 7. Cooling steam flows in the blade part cooling passage 10, the outside shroud cooling passages 5a, 5b and the inside shroud cooling passage 7a, 7b, and flows in the outside shroud end part cooling passage 5h and the inside shroud end part passage 7h.
