PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined power plant capable of shortening the starting time. SOLUTION: The combined power plant comprises a gas turbine 19, a steam turbine 23, a steam supply unit 9 for supplying steam to the gas turbine 19, a first steam pipe 11 for leading steam from the steam supply unit 9 to the gas turbine 19, a second steam pipe 13 for leading steam from the gas turbine 19 to the steam turbine 23, first emission units 39, 41, 43, 45 for controlling the supply destination of the steam lead by the first steam pipe 11 to any one outer part of the gas turbine 19 and the first steam pipe 11, second emission units 51, 53, 55, 57 for controlling the supply destination led by the second steam pipe 13 to any one outer part of the steam turbine 23 and the second steam pipe 13, and a bypass pipe for leading at least a part of steam in the first steam pipe 11 to the second steam pipe 13 between the gas turbine 19 and the second steam pipe 13.
