PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional land readjustment method which achieves deregulation of a floor area ratio in regard to the Building Standard Law and drastically improves a three-dimensional utilization ratio in an urban state. SOLUTION: According to the three-dimensional land adjustment method, in a plot where one building facing one road and the other building lower in height than the one building and facing the other road narrower in width than the one road are located side by side, the other building is connected to the one building and a new internal space is additionally produced on the other building. The other building comprises a plurality of mutually adjacent buildings, and a ground in space comprising a support member which surrounds the plurality of the buildings and leads onto the upper part of the highest building and a beam installed on the support member. A structural body having an internal space at the upper part of the ground in space is formed, and the structural body is linked to at least one of the plurality of the buildings, and at least one of the plurality of the buildings is linked to the one building.
