PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall face block allowing installation of a decorative component such as a shelf board without requiring special work, and a wall face panel structure using the same. SOLUTION: The wall face block is placed along a wall face, and an outer frame body erected along the wall face has a frame of a rectangular shape in the front view. In the individual outer faces of at least the adjacent frame bodies of the frame bodies on the four sides, a recessed groove recessed towards the frame body side on the other two sides is formed.
