PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller in which attitude of a blade part can be easily adjusted and connection strength, with respect to a boss part, of a mounting member connecting the impeller part to a boss part can be easily maintained, and to provide a manufacturing method for an impeller. SOLUTION: The impeller comprises: the boss part 2 having a cylindrical side wall part 2a around a predetermined shaft and rotated around the predetermined shaft; the blade part 4 sending air by the rotation together with the boss part 2; the mounting member 6 mounting the blade part 4 to the side wall part 2a of the boss part 2; and first bolt 10a and a first nut 10b fastening the mounting member 6 to the side wall part 2a of the boss part 2. The mounting member 6 includes: an impeller support part 6a connected with the blade part 4 to support the blade part 4; and a mounting member boss connection part 6b fastened with respect to the side wall part 2a of the boss part 2. The side wall part 2a of the boss part 2 and the mounting member boss connection part 6b respectively have a first mounting hole 2c and a first mounting hole 6c in which the first bolt 10a is inserted with looseness.
