PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doctor device capable of quickly replacing a blade and effectively utilizing the blade. SOLUTION: The doctor device 1 includes a blade 3 contacting with a roll 2, a blade holder 4 for holding the blade 3, and a turning device 5 for turning the blade 3 in such a direction that the blade 3 moves toward the roll 2 or away from the roll 2.
