PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body frame structure capable of preventing torsion deformation of a floor panel portion, and improving the strength of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: This vehicle body frame structure 1 comprises a floor cross member 26 extending in a vehicle width direction at a rear part of a vehicle body at a bottom of a compartment, a dash cross member upper 14 extending in the vehicle width direction at a front part of the compartment, and a backbone 23, which is constituted in an elongated shape having a closed cross section and extends in a forward and backward direction of the vehicle body, whose front end is connected to the dash cross member upper 14 via a gusset 18 and whose rear end is jointed to the floor cross member 26.
