A method, system and terminal for determining QoS grade, include: oaxial-cable network unit (CLT) assigns the QoS grade for user equipment; the information of assigned QoS grade is sent to the Coaxial-cable network unit(CNU); CNU determines the QoS grade of the data packet sent from the user equipment corresponding to the received information of the QoS grade. And the CLT and CNU therefore are also provided. The CNU can meet the QoS requirement of user equipment, and can also reduce the consumption of the CNU.
