The facing (2) has an insulation sheet (3) applied on an outer wall (1), where the insulation sheet is made of insulating material. A glass pane (5a) is directly or indirectly applied on outer side of the insulation sheet, where the glass pane is adhesively connected with the insulation sheet. A material layer is applied on the insulation sheet, and the glass pane is provided with a color coating (5b) at a wall side or insulation side. A composite mortar layer (5c) is located on a back of the glass pane and/or the color coating by forming a semi-finished material facing element (5).
