摘要 An array substrate for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to install a magnetic assembly monolayer using a specific chemical substance as an end group according to a type of an organic semiconductor layer among source and drain electrodes and the organic semiconductor layer formed in the upper part of the source and drain electrodes, thereby reducing contact resistance in interface to reduce a driving voltage. An array substrate for an LCD device includes a substrate(101), gate(160) and data lines, an organic TFT(Thin Film Transistor), and a pixel electrode(118). The gate and data lines cross each other to define a pixel area(P). The organic TFT is connected to the gate and data lines in the pixel area and is composed of source and drain electrodes(113,115) spaced from each other, an organic semiconductor layer(131), a gate insulating film(136), a gate electrode(141), and a first magnetic assembly monolayer(120). The pixel electrode is connected to the drain electrode on the pixel area. The first magnetic assembly monolayer is in contact with the source and drain electrodes. A head group between the organic semiconductor layers is in contact with the source and drain electrodes. An end group is in contact with the organic semiconductor layers. The end group is composed of one of chemical substances belonging to fluoro CFn, wherein n is a natural number, or a group1 of a periodic table.
