A surface coating method using one component paint and papers is provided to make the surface of a coating film smooth by removing bubbles generated on the surface of paint printed on a panel, by a silicone additive of one component paint. A surface coating method using one component paint and papers for printing the paper and one component paint used for a wood or metal panel comprises a step for attaching the papers of various colors on the panel by using an adhesive such as glue, printing one-component paint on the panel by using a silk printer, a roller, or a brush, printing various shapes of images with the paint produced by mixing the one-component paint and pearl ink at the weight percent of 10:1, by using the silk printer, the roller, or the brush, and polishing the surface by a sanding machine(S10,S11) and a step for spraying transparent paint on the upside of the panel in a curtain cotton method and then, finishing coating the panel by hardening the one component paint, pearl ink, and transparent paint by exposing the panel to ultraviolet rays(S20). One-component paint consists of urethane acrylate of 35~50wt.%, methacrylate of 35~45wt.%, an initiator of 10~15wt.%, and a silicone additive of 5wt.%. |
