A utility-interactive inverter system using a high frequency transformer having a variable voltage ratio is provided to improve electric stability through insulation between an input and an output. A utility-interactive inverter system includes a boosting device(120) and an inverter unit(130). The boosting device includes a DC/AC conversion unit, a high frequency transformer, and an AC/DC conversion unit. The DC/AC conversion unit converts DC power into AC power. The high frequency transformer boosts the AC power outputted from the DC/AC conversion unit. The AC/DC conversion unit converts the AC power boosted by the high frequency transformer into DC power. The inverter unit converts the DC power outputted from the boosting device into AC power.
