<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image transfer and a video conference system capable of displaying high-quality moving images, without increasing the load at network transfer. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging signal of low-resolution frame image is read in synchronization from four imaging units and is transferred to the reception side communication section of a receiving station via the Internet from transmission side communication section. The motion vector and the difference are calculated, based on the low-resolution image data output from the reception-side communication section, image data of super-resolution is generated by a super-resolution processing section that uses them. The super-resolution image is displayed on an LCD based on the image data. A series of sequence is repeated at a rate of 30 times per second, and the super-resolution moving image is displayed at a rate of 30 frames per second. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
