<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent deficiency in requirements for format related to a document. <P>SOLUTION: In the document management server, a plurality of original files to be used together in a terminal is managed as original files belonging to the same group, and held so that the original files can be associated with information for the group the original files actually belong to. For a received original file that is an original file the terminal preliminarily received from the document management server, the server receives information which is held by the terminal by preliminarily receiving it together with the received original file from the document management server as information for the group the received original file belongs to from the terminal, compares the received information related to the group the received original file belongs to with the held information for the group of the received original file to thereby determine whether the group the received original file actually belongs to is changed or not, and transmits the determination result to the terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
