<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost data management system or the like not depending on only a server, and notifying a long-term change related to measurement data whose a storage period is expired without imposing a burden on only a user. <P>SOLUTION: In this data management system, an information processor 30 includes: an information processor side reception part 32 receiving the measurement data transmitted from a data transmission/reception device 10; an information processor side storage part 33 storing the measurement data in an information processor recording DB 36 based on a prescribed condition; and an information processor transmission part 34 transmitting the measurement data to a data management server 40. The data management server 40 has: a data management server reception part 42 receiving the measurement data transmitted from the information processor 30; and a data management server storage part 43 storing the measurement data in a data management server recording DB 45 based on the prescribed condition.
