<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system capable of easily determining the intake of a meal. <P>SOLUTION: The health management system comprises an acceleration detecting means 20 put on a human body to detect acceleration; an activity amount computing means 21a computing the amount of activity based on the acceleration obtained by the acceleration detecting means 20; an input means 33 inputting personal information data including data for determining a degree of obesity; a storage means 34 used for storing the personal information data; a basal metabolic rate computing means 31a computing a basal metabolic rate using the personal information data; a consumed calorie computing means 31b computing consumed calories based on the amount of activity and the basal metabolic rate; a meal intake determining means 31c determining the intake of meal based on changes in the data for determining the degree of obesity and in the consumed calories; and a display means 35 displaying the amount of activity, the consumed calories, and the determined result of the meal intake determining means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
