PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a gas hydrate having a large particle diameter and a device for the same. SOLUTION: This method for producing the natural gas hydrate is provided by introducing a raw material gas G and raw material water W into a reaction vessel 2 holding a prescribed pressure and temperature, bringing the raw material gas in contact with the raw material water W, forming a first slurry S1 containing powdery natural gas hydrate, feeding the first slurry S1 on an upper wall surface 2 from the water surface WL formed in the main body 2 for forming water membrane 13 on the wall surface 2a, and also bringing the raw material gas G in contact with the water membrane 13 and forming the second slurry S2 increased with the particle diameter of the natural gas hydrate.
