PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal which can changeover radio communication networks in a condition that it uses existing terminal or network, and correspond to a plurality of radio communication networks by low cost. SOLUTION: The terminal is provided with: a first radio communication means (an EV-DO reception unit 23a, an EV-DO transmission unit 23b); a second radio communication means (a radio LAN reception unit 24a, a radio LAN transmission unit 24b); and a handing off control unit 17 and a SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) control unit 19 which notice to a partner terminal of the communication that the communication is changed to an IP address acquired from the second communication system using a SIP message if it is discriminated to perform the communication changing over from the first communication means to the second communication means when the terminal performs the communication through the first communication means with the partner terminal whose call connection is established using the SIP.
