PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a lid which can facilitate the fixing work of the lid for closing a recessed fitting portion in a state that an electronic apparatus is hung on the wall. SOLUTION: On the back board 4 of a rear case 2, a recessed fitting portion opening downward and rearward and covered with a lid 26 is formed. The recessed fitting portion has an upper wall 9 having an insertion hole 8, and sidewalls 14 and 15 having a first supporting portion 11 and a second supporting portion 12 opposing each other and supporting the lid 26 movably along the upper wall 9. The lid 26 has a protrusion 29 inserted into the insertion hole 8, a first cam 29a is formed on one side face of the protrusion 29 and a pawl 29b engaged with the edge 8b of the insertion hole 8 projects from the other side face of the protrusion 29. When the lid 26 is moved in the direction of arrow C, it is moved in the direction of an arrow F by the cam action of the first cam face 9a of the protrusion 29 inserted into the insertion hole 8 and the pawl 29b is engaged with the edge 8b of the insertion hole 8.
