PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly remove bubbles included in a liquid (ink) in a common channel by enabling the bubbles to surely move even by a pump of a small flow rate. SOLUTION: A buffer tank 21 for forming the common channel 24 which communicates with all ink liquid chambers of a head chip 60 is equipped with a supply port 22 which supplies the ink to the common channel 24, and a discharge port 23 which discharges the ink from the common channel 24.
