PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an environment resistance performance of an electro-optical device with a light-emitting element. SOLUTION: The electro-optical device is provided with a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of signal lines and a plurality of pixels arranged to correspond to a crossing portion between the plurality of scanning lines and the plurality of signal lines, and each of the plurality of the pixels has a transistor and a light-emitting element, and the light-emitting element emits light in a light extracting direction, and a heat radiating portion having conductivity is provided on an opposite side to the light extracting direction of a light-emitting region of the light-emitting element.
